Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time We ship internationally from our fulfillment center. Delivery to the United States typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Fees VellaPaw ships internationally. Any customs duties or import fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
